Meet the Team

	Emma Store Manager Emma is the manager of SUPA IGA Gatton and has extensive experience in retail having worked in the industry for over 7 years at SUPA IGA Gatton! Emma is passionate about customer service and our community and is always inlvoved in the various fundraising initiatives our store supports! Emma is always up for a chat, so if you have any suggestions or are chasing a particular product, don’t hesitate to ask!
	Mary-Anne Centre Manager Mary-Anne has many years of experience in the management of Supermarkets and a particular interest in customer service. Mary-Anne spends as much time as she can on the floor meeting customers and gaining feedback. Like most of our staff she lives locally with her family, so she understands the community well, and is always involved in many of the initiatives supported by the store.
	Michael Grocery Manager Michael has many years of experience in the supermarket industry and is continually working to "go beyond the call" when dealing with his customers. Michael can source any product you require and has done a great job of expanding our vegetarian, gluten free and organic range of products. Michael is also responsible for the High Standards set in the store.
	Dot Delicatessen/Gourmet Foods Dot has worked in the industry for many years and has a passion for fine and gourmet foods and has a wealth of information to share with her customers. Dot can help you with all your gourmet foods and suggestions for platters, hampers, parties, special occasions and everyday meals. Dot wins multiple awards each year in the areas of Quality, Range, Presentation and Price
	Travis Fresh Produce Manager Travis is our fresh produce manager. Each market day Travis selects only the freshest and best quality produce for SUPA IGA Gatton customers. He is well aware of what our customers want and expect and that's exactly what he delivers! Find out more about his recommendations for seasonal produce and hints for keeping your produce fresh.
	Janelle Dairy/Freezer Manager Janelle is a very valuable member of the team and like all our staff is continually working to "go beyond the call" when dealing with her customers. Janelle has expanded the range of dairy and frozen produce available at SUPA IGA Gatton and is always keen to receive customer feedback. 	Laura Customer Service Manager Laura has 19 years experience in Retail. She is responsible for training and providing a variety of Customer Service Skills to our friendly regiseter staff. She is responsible for ensuring our customers always receive the exceptional service they have come to expect. Like all our staff Laura is always endeavouring to improve the service we offer, so any feedback or suggestions are always greatly appreciated.
	Luke Meat Manager Luke is our resident Butcher. He takes great pride in his department and guarnantees you that he will always have the highest quality and best meat in town. So come in and take him up on it! He would love to see you.
